Eastenders Bianca needs to understand Tenants Rights !!!

Tenants Rights , ? Where do they come in ?

How on earth is Janine able to do that to her ?... for those that have no idea what i am talking about , long story but Janine in Eastenders is renting a property to Bianca, well if you can call it that ?? She is always very poor whilst Janine is very rich and the pair have history. Bianca approached Janine to explain that if she gives her a contract from her as her Landlady , or her letting agency as Landlords she can get housing benefits this would help her out.

Janine says fine but i put your rent up as i have to deal with all the taxation rights,

How can she be allowed to do this ? Its not very fair , and YES i know its a soap but this must happen to people in real life

It's a pity Bianca doesn't know about www.tenantstips.co.uk

There's a load of information on there for anything and everything to do with tenants and their rights. Well worth a visit if you've got problems or even if you haven't.
